Our services cover the entire spectrum of business counseling: Business plan validation, opportunity sizing, strategic planning, legal and IP counseling (through partners), financial modeling, fund raising advice and networking. Our compensation model is a combination of fee for services, equity and percentage of funding. The retainer and percentage varies from case to case, but we are very flexible with our compensation.
